We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn footwear to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your journey. Simply return your items in their original packaging for a full refund or a seamless size exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused shoes in their original Bisgaard box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
